Growing up with a background in competitive hockey, soccer and dance, Lauren has always been passionate about movement. The physical demands of sport taught her the importance of strength, flexibility and body awareness. Her mission is to help students leave feeling strong, empowered and confident, encouraging them to safely try new postures or sequences.

Lauren's journey with yoga began in 2017 when she quickly fell in love with how simple yet intentional movements could transform both body and mind, and how focusing on the breath can serve as an anchor for strength and clarity. Overtime, her practice deepened when she discovered inversions in 2022 and now having completed her 200 hour certification with Toronto Yoga Co at the end of 2024, she is now ready to take on private or group clients, whether they are wanted to integrate a more consistent yoga practice into their life, or work on specific skills or postures.
