I have a NASM Nutrition Coaching certification, ACTION Personal Training certification, and Life Time Dynamic Stretching certification. My philosophy is that the best type of training is the one that works for you! There is an art to science, and though there are training factors and tips that are most efficient, the beauty of it is that each person receives exercise differently! I help you make exercise and wellness work for you. I’m available to train at the UofT facilities or through virtual sessions.
